What we collect

• Audience measurement: anonymous browsing statistics, without individual identification cookies.
• Forms: the website has no forms for submitting a name, email address or phone number.
• Language preference: the language chosen in the switcher is saved only in your browser and is not sent to the server.

The package repository

The /repo address distributes signed packages without requiring a login or an installation identifier. Accessing the files may generate hosting logs, as with other web services.

Operating system

Neovanguard OS does not send telemetry. By default, system logs stay in RAM and are discarded at shutdown. The relays used by the Nostr identity are chosen by the user, independently of this website.

Use of data

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not send bulk email: you only receive a reply to what you asked.

Your rights (LGPD)

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time through our contact channel. We respond within the legal deadline.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only for as long as needed for support and legal obligations.
